🎲 TYCOON: The Facts Don’t Lie

Welcome to the Only Facts Collection — where fashion becomes a living archive and every piece is designed to expose truths that history tried to hide. The TYCOON shirt is a cornerstone of this drop, pulling no punches in unpacking how American Indians (Black Americans) shaped economies, cultures and nations — often while others took the credit.

This isn’t just a shirt. It’s a fact check stitched in cotton. What if the Indigenous got their get back and an agency was created, separate from the government, called D.I.C.E.?

The word “tycoon” conjures images of moguls, bankers and empire-builders. But the real tycoons weren’t the men on Wall Street or the robber barons of history books. The real tycoons were the Indigenous Black American builders whose labor, knowledge and creativity laid the foundation for entire economies.

All of the TYCOON garments and accessories don’t glorify wealth. It exposes exploitation. It turns “tycoon” into a critique of those who profited while the true architects were erased, which is the reason for the creation of D.I.C.E.

🪶 D.I.C.E. (Decolonization & Immigration Control Enforcement)

A Sovereign Agency Established by Indigenous Nations of North America

D.I.C.E. is formed by a coalition of sovereign Indigenous nations across North America after a legal and political recognition movement restores treaty authority and land jurisdiction rights.

Its purpose is:

  • Enforcement of treaty law

  • Land sovereignty restoration

  • Cultural jurisdiction protection

  • Immigration and settlement regulation within Indigenous-controlled territories

1️⃣ Treaty Enforcement Division

  • Audits historic treaty violations.

  • Reclaims illegally seized lands through legal mechanisms.

  • Renegotiates land usage agreements.

  • Oversees land-back transitions.

2️⃣ Legacy Settlement Review Bureau

D.I.C.E. evaluates:

  • Property claims within Indigenous sovereign zones.

  • Corporate land holdings.

  • Resource extraction permits.

  • Settlement legality under restored treaty frameworks.

3️⃣ Immigration & Territorial Entry Authority

Within Indigenous sovereign territories, D.I.C.E.:

  • Issues visas or residency permits.

  • Regulates commercial access.

  • Controls corporate expansion.

  • Protects sacred lands from exploitation.

4️⃣ Cultural Restoration & Identity Protection Indigenous intellectual property.

  • Regulates use of tribal symbols and imagery.

  • Funds language revitalization.

  • Oversees cultural heritage zones.

5️⃣ Economic Redistribution & Resource Authority

  • Reviews historic mineral, oil, and timber extraction contracts.

  • Establishes revenue-sharing systems.

  • Oversees reparative economic policies.

⚖️ What D.I.C.E. Is NOT

It is not racial policing. It does not expel people based on skin color. It does not operate as an ethnic enforcement militia. It does not criminalize ancestry. It operates based on sovereignty, treaties and land law.

🔥 The Core Philosophy

D.I.C.E. stands on three pillars:

  1. Sovereignty is not symbolic — it is enforceable.

  2. Treaties are not suggestions — they are binding law.

  3. Settlement without consent is not ownership.

ABOUT THE GARMENTS

On the front, tumbling dice spell out D.I.C.E — Decolonization & Immigration Control Enforcement.

The dice are a metaphor. Colonizers gambled with Indigenous lands, lives and futures, stacking the odds in their favor. Treaties were bets. Resources were chips. People became currency.

But here, D.I.C.E. flips the script: it isn’t about games of chance. It’s about facts. It’s about enforcing remembrance and holding power accountable.

Flip the shirt over and the statement grows louder.

  • D.I.C.E — Decolonization & Immigration Control Enforcement

  • Targeting Legacy Squatters & Undocumented Colonizers

  • All of the flags are from the countries that have committed these crimes
  • Beneath it: “Just Did It — To The Indigenous.”

This sharp remix of a global marketing slogan lays bare a truth: appropriation and exploitation were never accidents — they were business models. What corporations turned into taglines, RMBR turns into critique.

This isn’t just a slogan on cotton. It’s a headline from history.

🎲 Only Facts, No Fiction

The Only Facts Collection exists to silence doubt and amplify truth. Every piece is built to remind wearers — and onlookers — that the past isn’t just stories, it’s data, it’s receipts, it’s facts.

The TYCOON functions like a billboard of truth:

  • The T-shirt — lightweight and direct, everyday education.

  • The sweatshirt — heavier fabric, heavier statement.

  • The hoodie — bold, versatile and confrontational, carrying the message everywhere you go.

  • The accessories — coffee mug, pillow, blanket, coaster, clock, round pin, tote bag, baseball cap and canvas print

Each version is wearable evidence, stitched with integrity.

🎲 Why TYCOON Belongs in Only Facts

Because the facts don’t lie: Indigenous (Black Americans) built the wealth of nations and tycoons profited. The Only Facts Collection doesn’t let us forget.

The TYCOON makes you part of that testimony. It turns clothing into proof. It’s not a trend — it’s a record.

🎲 Wear the Receipts

The house always tried to win. The dice were always loaded. But now, the truth is out in the open.

The TYCOON isn’t about chance. It’s about facts. And facts will always roll in our favor.

🪶 RMBR the truth. RMBR the facts. RMBR forever.
